	Proposals of approximately 300 words in length are submitted electronically using this form. The author’s name(s) must not appear in the proposal. The ISST does blind reviewing in selecting papers for its conferences; therefore the proposal must stand on its own merit as judged by the interdisciplinary members of the council. Anyone is eligable to submit a proposal, but onference participants must be ISST members. If your proposal is accepted for our conference, you will be invited to apply for membership. For membership information and application procedures, go to Membership. Please be aware that this conference is six days long, and full attendance is expected. The cost for lodging (double occupancy), meals, and registration (not including transportation) will most likely be in the range of only $800 US. All fields require information.
